TERMS OF SERVICE & CLIENT AGREEMENT

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The services provided through this website include personalized consulting for digital businesses and strategic advisory sessions.

All details regarding pricing, features, conditions, and service duration are discussed and agreed upon during a free consultation call prior to purchase.


3. PURCHASE PROCESS

Once both parties have agreed on the terms, the client will receive a payment link. By completing the payment, the client expressly agrees to these Terms of Service.

After the payment is confirmed, a member of the VMB Consulting LLC team will contact the client via WhatsApp or email to coordinate the delivery of the service.


4. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via:

  • Stripe (credit or debit cards)

  • PayPal

  • International bank transfers

  • Other methods agreed in advance with the client

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted platforms.


5. SERVICE DELIVERY

Once payment is received, we will contact the client via WhatsApp or email to coordinate the delivery of the agreed service.


6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of our services and the inclusion of digital elements, no cancellations or full refunds will be granted once the service process has begun.

However, if the client requests cancellation within the first 15 calendar days from the date of payment, they may receive a 50% refund of the total agreed price.

📌 IMPORTANT: The refund is calculated based on the total agreed price, not the amount paid. If the amount paid does not exceed 50% of the agreed total, no refund will be issued.

After this period, no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund requests must be sent to infovmbconsultingllc@gmail.com, including the client’s full name, company name, and reason for cancellation.


7. BILLING

An invoice will be issued by VMB Consulting LLC and sent to the client’s email in PDF format.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided billing information is accurate and up to date.


8. WARRANTY

The warranty covers the correct execution of the contracted service, provided that there are no substantial changes in U.S. tax regulations or other external factors beyond the control of VMB Consulting LLC.

The invoice serves as the official warranty proof.


9. LIABILITY

VMB Consulting LLC acts as an external advisor. Final decisions regarding implementation, business structuring, and strategy execution rest solely with the client.

We do not guarantee specific results. The success of our strategies depends on the client’s commitment, implementation, and individual business context.


10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. For any disputes arising from this contractual relationship, both parties expressly submit to the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
